A father identified as Raswad Menkrabea has taken to Facebook to express his displeasure after his son was denied entry simply because of his dreadlocks.

According to the disturbed father, his son was placed in the school by the Computer School Placement system after he performed excellently in the BECE.
Raswad stressed the fact that his son’s culture and hairstyle will cause no harm to the school which should not even be the basis asserted by the school.
He also said that Rastafarians are taught to embrace their culture just as other cultures and so the school’s decision to deny his son admission into the school is against the laws of the land.
However, he quizzed if the law stands against the expression of culture and denies students admissions based on their culture.
