In a fresh update to the Sugar Tone story which was made viral by www.Ghgossip.com, the father of the ace producer has broken his silence for the first time.
The music producer is credited for masterminding some of the country’s biggest tunes back in the day. He was the brain behind Bandana’s (now Shatta Wale) Moko Hoo song, Kumi Guitar’s 1 Litre, Dasebre Gyamena’s Setey, Still in Love, etc, Reggie Zippy’s For Sale and Virgin songs and Kofi B’s Daddy.
He also produced songs for other musicians like Daddy Lumba, Ofori Amponsah, and other top-notch stars. However, it seems he could not manage his fame well after he was caught heavily drunk and lying helplessly by the street in a recent video shared online.
When the story of his plight began circulating on social media, UK-based Ghanaian dinger Reggie Zippy equally felt sorry for him and reacted swiftly to this unfortunate development.
Seeing the video, Reggie wrote; “I am so heart broken bro 😢🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️”
Rapper Trigmatic also joined the conversation by saying; “Reggy Zippy chaleeee! This is painful. You sent me once to go give him some akobam cream at adabraka. Great guy Chale . Let’s talk back door.”
From the foregoing, veteran radio personality Akwasi Aboagye of Peace FM contacted his father to know if he has gotten wind of his son’s situation as propagated by social media.
The man confirmed Sugar Tone is indeed going through a rough time and ultimately asked for help in diverse forms for him.
