Kofi Okyere Darko aka KOD is still trending for his infamous statement he made in the wake of John Dumelo’s traditional wedding which went down successfully over the weekend.
KOD suggested that John Dumelo chose a submissive and quiet woman at the expense of the ‘all over the place’ Ghanaian celebs.
His comment did not sit down well with several female celebs; the likes of Yvonne Okoro, Nikki Samonas, Lydia Forson, Yvonne Nelson, Gloria Sarfo and a host of others jabbed him.
It was the turn of Zylofon FM pundits, Ayorkor Fantastic and Empress Neeta, to fire the popular fashion icon.
¨He can congratulate Dumelo for getting married, but he should not subject all women to be like Dumelo´s wife. He seems to be intimidated by of strong-minded women¨, Fantastic said
On her part, Empress Neeta did not agree with KOD´s comment by saying that, deciding on who to settle down with is a personal choice.
¨People have their taste and preferences. And the fact that, a celebrity decides to marry someone who is not a celebrity, does not mean these celebrity ladies, who are all over are not marriage materials. Thus the line of work and activities does not matter, when it comes to marriage¨, she opined
