Kwame Adu-Mante, CEO of Focus1 Group which consist of Focus1 Media, Focus1 Distribution, Focus1 Construction, Focus1 Events and UnikLife Microfinance Limited, on Thursday February 14, 2019 feted inmates at the Sekondi Prisons as part of the Valentine Day Celebration.
The event saw some staff of Focus1 Media (Spice FM and Beach FM), UnikLife Microfinance and Focus1 Distribution joining to help feed the inmates and also provide them with other items.
Kwame Adu – Mante, who has been doing this act for the past nine years took time to explain the motive behind why he annually donates to the Sekondi Prisons every Valentine Day.

According to him, real love is shown to someone when he is at a struggling stage in life and that is why he does that.
“This will be my 9th year of doing this and the reason is that, I think we all need to show love to one when he is at a situation like where our brothers finds themselves” he said when he was given the opportunity to talk to the inmates.
Mr Adu – Mante after narrating how thieves broke into his room at Accra to steal his laptops and other items just few weeks ago provided food for over 800 inmates as well as bathroom slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste and soap.
