Most people have in one way or the other switched their professions to pursue what they actually really love. An individual can be trained to be an expert in a particular field but he or she might switch to pursue a different thing after training.
Wendy Abena OfosuHemaa Asiamah Addo, popularly known is showbiz circles as Wendy Shay has recently revealed that she is a trained nurse. She made the revelation on the Delay Show.
Wendy Shay was speaking about her life whiles she was growing up when she revealed that she is a qualified nurse.
“…, I became a nurse, a qualified nurse”, she said.
Although she was trained to be a nurse, she rather practiced as midwife instead due to some circumstances at her workplace.
She added that she practiced as a midwife although she was trained as a nurse because the number of midwives present at that time was not enough so she had to ‘trained’ to practice midwifery. She revealed she was practicing the midwife thing before she met Bullet.
When asked by the host if the nursing profession pays well, she answered in the affirmative saying “…, yes, it pays well”.
She revealed that she has not stop practicing nursing as it is a profession done on the daily basis but as to practicing in hospitals, she wouldn’t do that now since she has entered into music.
That was a strong revelation by Sister Wendy. We never knew she is a ‘Mame Nurse’.
