The funeral preparations for late reality TV personality Patrick Fakoya, also known as Rico Swavey, have been made public by his family.
The published obituary states that Rico will be buried on October 20 in Lagos state.
The 29-year-old passed away on October 13 last week from wounds he received in a car accident he was involved in a few days earlier.

Meanwhile, days ago, the management of late Big Brother housemate Rico Swavey from season 3 reacted to his passing.
Many theories about the circumstances of his death have circulated online since his passing.
Rico Swavey was transferred to Doren Hospital for treatment, which asserted that Rico Swavey was drunk since he smelled of alcohol when he arrived.
His management addressed the persistent rumors and disproved them, asserting that the majority of them are untrue.
They claim that numerous influencers have received payment to advance particular narratives and they committed to disclosing specifics about the circumstances of Rico’s accident, care, and passing. They also agreed to make his funeral preparations public.
Their statement reads;
“It has come to our attention that social media has been filled with a lot of narratives about our dearest Rico Swavey.
Influencer has been paid to promote certain narrative. We will like to state that many of these narratives are false.
Kindly note that in due time, we will be sharing detailed information on the circumstances surrounding Rico’s accident, treatment and passing.
We also urge all fans of Rico to keep his family in their prayers & continue the spirit of warmth and fellowship that Rico shared with all. While we are doing so, we plead with the general public to please give the members of his family privacy at this very difficult time.
Burial arrangements will be announced soon.
