Presidential Candidate John Dramani Mahama has raised new corruption allegation against President Akufo-Addo.
The former President John Mahama is accusing the president of nepotism and neglecting the interest of the ordinary Ghanaians.
“Akufo-Addo’s ‘economics’ funnels money into his family’s pockets at the expense of Ghanaians” He siad.
The Flagbearer has raised the claims in an interview with on radio station of Multimedia Group, alleging that, the president is creating investment opportunities for his family members only.
” We have a Finance Minister who is a cousin to the President, whose interest is raising bonds and his own bank is the broker for these bonds. There is a conflict of interest.
“There’s a desire to borrow more because the more he borrows, the more his bank makes money and the more he makes money to.

In the interview, Mr. Mahama challenged President Akufo-Addo and the NPP to give account on the amount of money they have borrowed withing their almost 4 years in government.
He has therefore call on Ghanaians to vote for the NDC iin the coming December 7 general elections.
