The Presidential Candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress NDC) John Dramani Mahama has called on the Electoral Commision to engage Inter-Party Advisory Committee(IPAC) ahead of election 2020.
According to John Mahama for the elections to be credible there should be a comprehensive and transparent dialogue with IPAC.

“The EC must begin a regular, comprehensive and transparent dialogue with IPAC. It is a prerequisite for a free and fair election that we have a credible voters register.
The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) and it’s flagbearer have accused the electoral commision for deliberately deleting names voters in the new voters register.
