Vetran Journalist who also doubles as the Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr has mentioned that presidential aspirant of some political parties go for commercial loans to fund their filing fee.

This after electoral commission’s announcement on the GHC100,000 filing fee for presidential candidate of the various Political parties.

Speaking on Peace FM’s morning show on Thursday 17th September 2020,Mr Pratt noted that there are some who go for commercial loans for filing fees and campaigns.

“There are some who go for commercial loans for filing fees and campaigns. If he is not lucky and he loses then his world comes to an end,” he stated.

Most political parties have complained about the GHC100,000 fee been charged by electoral commission with some describing it as unacceptable.
