Deputy Minister of Information, Pius Enam Hadzide says t he opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) decision to legalise Okada is a shallow thinking.

In an interview with Okay FM’s ‘Ade Akye Abia’ Morning Show, Pius Enam Hadzide said that he wonder if the NDC thought about the consequences before coming up with the idea.

“Did they think of the consequences before coming up with that law? What consultation went into the decision to come up with the law to ban the operations of Okada in the country? We are talking about a law that is just one election cycle old by former President Mahama,” he asked.

John Dramani Mahama has reinstated that he will legalise the Okada business and even promised to give them the motorcycle on hire purchase so they can pay later.
