Speaking at a press conference yesterday, Thursday, December 10, 2020, John Mahama said;

“I am extremely proud of our parliamentary candidates who have earned for themselves, ‘Giant Elephant Killers’. We went into the parliamentary elections with a deficit of 63 seats. We’ve made up for our 2016 losses, and we are now set to become the majority in Parliament.
The opposition National Democratic Congress NDC are claiming to have 140 majority in parliament contrary to electoral commision’s 136 seats assigned to them.
