Renowned Ghanaian Sports Journalist, Gary Al-Smith has revealed what he thinks Ghanaian musicians should be doing in order to also win Grammy award.

In his submissions, Gary Al-Smith said that Ghanaian artistes should work on their branding and networking if they also want to win Grammy.

This comes after Nigerian musician, Burna Boy won the Best Global Music Album award at the 63rd Grammy awards.

Gary Al-Smith said that the main reason Nigerian musicians are celebrated and are being easily recognized is that they work on their branding, connecting them to the right people, and get noticed for their work.

However, he applauded Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, and Shatta Wale and named them as the top musicians who are close to getting Grammy awards looking at their contributions but believes they need tighter connections to be able to reach the top.
