The Ghanaian hip hop and hiplife duo from Tema is made up of two cousins, Faisal Hakeem, well known as Paedae or Omar Sterling, and Rashid Mugeez (Mugeez). They were nominated at the 2013 BET Awards. In March 2019, the duo released their third studio album Site 15.
Unlike some musical groups which have gone south and are no longer relevant, for over a decade, Omar Sterling and Mugeez have managed to keep their bond tight, working tirelessly on more hits, never willing to back down from the music scene.
It is at the back of this that a fan on the microblogging platform, Twitter has contended that the groups should be honored in Ghana for their enormous contribution to the music industry in Ghana and promoting the Ghanaian culture through their music. The fan said Ghanaians would be the biggest hypocrites should they fail to build a statue in their honor.
