MTN Ghana recently rolled out some new data plans with no expiration but it correlated with a massive slash on data packages.

For instance, ¢3 daily data bundle which offers 500mb was slashed to 127mb at the same amount and the same applies to all other data packages.

MTN subsequently apologized following disgruntlement aimed at them. Their message reads:

Dear Valued Customer,
MTN has experienced some challenges on some of our channels post-implementation of the adjustment of prices and our new data bundles.

We are working around the clocks to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
