Ghana’s presidency is not a platform for correcting mistakes, the governing New Patriotic Party’s national Youth Organizer Henry Nana Boakye has told former President John Dramani Mahama.

According to Nana B as he’s popularly called, the Presidency is platform for serious and visionary leaders like President Nana Addo-Dankwah Akufo-Addo but not for persons like the NDC’s flagbearer.

He believes Mr. Mahama has no message to convince Ghanaians why he should be voted back into office in the December 7 polls.

Speaking on Hello FM, Nana B said:

” Th presidency is not a platform for correcting mistakes, we mean serious business and need serious people to lead the country,”

His comment, comes after the NPP’s leader earlier this week, briefed the media about the enviable sixty-60 achievements of Akufo-Addo since assuming office on 1st January, 2017.

According to him, the NPP, has created more jobs for the youth of the country, an achievement John Mahama could not boast of under his adminstration.

”We are giving the NDC 7 days to come out and tell us what they did for the youths of this country compared to what President Akufo-Addo has done. If they don’t come out within the stipulated days, we will add more until they come out to tell us exactly what they did for the youth of the country,”
