American rapper, entrepreneur and politician, Kanye West has reportedly sacked his engineer for reporting to work late and not answering calls and returning calls he missed.
A conversation between Kanye West and the media personality, DJ Akademiks who was sacked shows the moments the Hip Hop icon urged DJ Akademiks to ‘find God’ as a parting remark after he showed him the exit door.
In the message, Kanye texting wrote at 9:34 a.m., “Good morning. Let’s work.”
After about two hours without a response, Ye supposedly texts; “You’re fired. Go home.”
The person on the receiving end then responds; “I’m really sorry. I have no excuse. I set an alarm for 7:30am. And for whatever reason my phone wasn’t alerting me.
I woke up at 11:08 to missed calls and got dressed as fast as I could. Lou was already on his way to get boogz and they just got here.
I didn’t call back right away cause I was in panic trying to find a ride. I know this is unacceptable. I’m sorry.”
Kanye then writes back, “Stop texting. Go find God.”
In other news, reality TV star, Tega has expressed regrets over some of the actions she took whilst in the Big Brother Naija ‘Shine ya Eye’ house after her eviction.
According to him, his affection for Tega grew as they spend time together and she was eventually there for all the guys and that is why almost all the guys liked her but he took things further to make her his partner in giving viewers a show.
