Lady Prempeh in a recent interview has indicated the significance of God’s word in gospel music.
According to the celebrated gospel musician, gospel music is all about God and His word for humans. She added that any song which isn’t based on God’s word cannot be labeled as gospel.
Stating she started doing gospel music in 2004, she was asked by the host what has changed between the gospel produced back then and the ones that are being produced now.
Lady Prempeh answered saying nothing has changed. She added that gospel done in the previous years were based on God’s word and the ones that are being produced now are also based on God’s word.
