A man identified as Mr. Emeka Ojere has been assassinated by a group of unknown gunmen at Delta in broad daylight.
The father of three who has been shot dead is said to reside at the PTI axis of Warri. He was shot while he was seated in his car parked at the wings of the road at Ugbomro Community in the Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.

The driver of the victim identified as Egbhon told journalists that he was in the car with his boss with another occupant when they got attacked by the gunmen. “We went to Ogbomro community to visit one of our townsmen but suddenly gunmen blocked us and asked us to lie down. Oga was shot at and they left us on the ground” he said.
