According to a news report on adomfmonline, the Police in the Eastern Region Town of Kyebi has arrested four teenagers for beating a headmaster to death.
The headmaster of Salvation Army Basic School, George Somuah Bosompem was brutally beaten to death by a couple of teenagers on 28th April 2019.
The headmaster had been complaining of weed smokers invading his garden and defecating in the school. The report adds that George Somuah Bosompem, having had enough of the deviant behavior, decided to use the town’s broadcast sytem to warn them to desist from their bad behaviour.
Unfortunately this last warning cost his life as he was beaten in town whilst taking a stroll with a lady friend. Shockingly, bystanders did not intervene until a police patrol team arrived at the scene to take charge of the situation.
The Police Patrol team managed to arrest one of the guys, Richard Amaning, 18, alias Konko who have assisted the police to arrest other three suspects, Mireku Emmanuel 17, Philip Okodie, 17, and Paul Boadu, 18.
The headmaster is now dead after he was transferred from the Kibi Government Hospital to St. Joseph Hospital.
