2. Give Yourself Time To Inhale All In And Breathe After: to hell with all that gibberish talks about appearing and behaving like you are not hurting. It is okay to be strong but when you feel hurt, it is ideally accepted to show that too. No one is going to give you a certificate or an award for stomaching all of it in. Just allow yourself to live in the moment. We will not advise anyone to move on almost immediately and pretend they are fine, do not wake up and sulk but be you at that time and don’t involve someone else’s emotions just to satisfy yours. It is not cool.
