Instagram sensation, Hushpuppi used to hustle on the street by selling second-hand clothes in Lagos State before his fraudulent lifestyle , British newspaper, Daily Mail, has reported.

Mr Abbas started out as a secondhand-clothes trader in Lagos before claiming to be a billionaire property developer in Dubai.” the report in the Daily Mail claimed.

Hushpuppi quizzed on why he displays his wealth , said that he posts about his luxury life to inspire others to make more of their lives.       

There have been other reports from some childhood friends of Hushpuppi who claim his father was a taxi driver in Nigeria.
