In the past, GH musicians used to beef each other, but this current crop of musicians are taking this whole beef thing to a different level altogether.
Sarkodie has been one musician that alot of other musicians have thrown more shades and shots at for sometime now. Sarkodie replied like 2 of those beef songs.
When asked by George Quaye on JOY FM why he replies some diss songs and also choose to ignore other diss songs, he said,
“I don’t reply any diss song if i won’t gain or it won’t be a win-win situation for us”
He continued, “Anytime i hear something like that, i ask myself, if i fuels it, would i gain? or i should do it just for the talks or i should engage in the beef thing so as to help the other musicians to also gain some relevance? The M.anifest beef, if not been for pressure from the fans, i can bet you, i wouldn’t have replied that beef”
