Sensational Ghanaian gospel musician, Nana Yaw Boakye Yiadom, popularly known in the entertainment fraternity as MOG Music has recounted the depression he suffered when he was not being booked for shows.

Speaking in an interview on the Delay Show with Deloris Frimpong Manso, MOG Music revealed that it got to a time in his music career where no event organizer or church booked him for a show despite his talent and anointing.
He said that he was subjected to depression due to that and complained about the situation to his wife who encouraged him to exercise patience and wait upon the Lord.
MOG Music stated that he heard a voice asking him to pray for the musicians who are ahead of him in the music industry and seek the anointing of God upon their life.
Out of the heart of gratitude and goodness for praying for his predecessors, he was blessed with one of his best songs “Be Lifted” which has dominated in some other countries and currently topping the chart in Kenya.

In other news, Ghanaian fashion designer and actor, Elikem Kumordzie has revealed that he has no plans on tying the knot anytime soon with his new girlfriend because he wants to take his time.
In an interview with the lifestyle & celebrity blogger, Zionfelix on the Uncut Show, the handsome fellow intimated he is not thinking so much about getting married anytime soon given his past experience with his previous marriage with ex-wife, Pokello.
Elikem added that he is not hiding his current relationship from the public and he has made an approach by seeing his girlfriend’s parents, hence hopefully should all things fall in place, the wedding bells will be ringing.
“Never say never, I’m not thinking so much of marriage now, I’ve been in a marriage before and it didn’t go so well so I’m taking my time now. I’ve seen her parents and we’ve spoken and it’s not like we are hiding, I’m not hiding her and I’m not hiding anything, and like I said she is a wonderful woman and I will talk about her any day”, he said.
