Popular Ghanaian comedian, Derrick Kobina Bonney, affectionately known as DKB has stated that he will continue to choose Nigeria over Ghana until the foolishness and pull-down spirit stops.

The comedian has taken to his Twitter page to slam Ghanaians over their inability to support their own but end up pulling down the person. He described these actions of Ghanaians as “foolishness”.

According to DKB, the joy Nigerians have in supporting their own is equal to the same joy a Ghanaian has in running down his fellow Ghanaian.

DKB said, “The joy a Nigerian gets in supporting his own is equal to the same joy a Ghanaian gets in running down his own. I wonder where this stupidity came from. I’ll continue to put Nigeria over us in this respect till most of us stop the foolishness of pulling him down. Agreed?”

Some social media users and fans have also reacted to the post of DKB..

@Nana Wiafe: I wonder some of you guys are so obsessed with this Nigeria comparison thing. A lot of industry players there are equally crying for support from their fellows as it’s being heard in GH, Don’t make it look as though everything there is okay. Bring a viable alternative chairman.
