Founder and General Overseer of Life Assembly Worship Centre, Reverend Christian Kwabena Andrews, popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom has promised not to ban illegal mining, locally referred to as Galamsey if he is given the mandate to lead the country.
The man of God is keen on becoming the next president and is expected to contest on the ticket of GUM Party.

And as part of his campaign promises, he has promised to endorse galamsey when elected into office. Galamsey has been heavily criticised by Ghanaians as it has left many water bodies destroyed.
He has also promised to ban foreigners from entering the country under his administration.
“When I become the president, I will endorse galamsey, I will not allow Ghanaians to eat Sharwama and I will ban foreigners from the country”
