The Ezeani II of Mmaku Kingdom, Awgu LGA of Enugu, Maduabuchi Nevobasi has intimated that the Igbos will always be solidly behind President Muhammadu Buhari.
According to him, Buhari has done so much for the South-east zone since he came into office and he would always be welcomed by the Igbo people.
The Ezeani II of Mmaku Kingdom made his submission when he paid a courtesy visit to the special adviser to the president on media and publicity, Femi Adesina at Aso Rock.
He mentioned some developmental projects Buhari had done in the southeast. He cited the Enugu
International Airport, the Enugu-Port Harcourt expressway and the ongoing construction of the
Second Niger Bridge as among the projects being done by Buhari.
He said: “Look at the Second River Niger Bridge, which is going on at a frenetic pace. Enugu International Airport has a brand new runway and is now in use,” he was quoted as saying.

“The Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway, Onitsha-Enugu road, and many others are also things to point at in the region.
He thanked Buhari for all the good things he had done for the people of the South East,
“We thank President Buhari for all he has done for Nigeria in six years. It has not been easy due to many challenges, particularly security, but the good work continues.” he added.
