Dr. Chidi Lloyd discovered an illegal mortuary inside Elele-Alimini General Hospital, where kidnap victims who died in the captivity of their kidnappers are regularly interred.
He questioned why Elele-leadership Alimini’s tolerated such heinous business in the neighborhood, emphasizing that such terrible enterprise cannot occur without the participation of some key stakeholders.
