Ghanaian Female Hiplife singer, Mzvee has revealed her readiness to partner psychiatrists and other interested people working on issues related to depression.
Her moves come after she revealed that depression caused her to leave the music industry.
According to Mzvee, depression is one of the major killers in the world but attention towards it is low.
She said she is ready to champion this cause with any interested person working on such issues.
The songstress believes that this initiative will help others battling with same issue to come out of it as she shares her experience.
“I really want to help people know about depression. This is because I realised that in Ghana, depression is not something we really understand. That is why there are so many people the psychiatric hospitals an many on the streets”, she stated.
Currently, Mzvee has released a new song titled “Sheriff”.
