According to Ghana’s president, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo he was to be remembered as Ghana’s most truth president.
He stated that it is the main reason why he is working extra hard to ensure that most of his campaign promises he made are fulfilled.
He made this submission in a recent interview on Wontumi FM and he said;
“I’m truthful and someone you can trust because I have fulfilled promises not all but most of the promises I made while in opposition. I want to be remembered as a truthful person.
People make promises but don’t fulfill them. Some even get angry when you remind them that they promised this or that but for us, we stick to our promise and that is what we want to be remembered for.
If I should follow what they say I will deviate from what my mandate is, I will rather focus on what the people of Ghana expect me to do so that when I’m no more, they will know that I did more for the people of Ghana.”
