A Mzansi man has taken to social media to praise a hospital for their expert and caring services.
According to this man, he was very much pleased with how the hospital staff cared for him after he had to go there after having an emergency at home where he suffered very bad burns on his legs.
Making his post, he wrote;
“In fact, I am giving this hospital 10 stars, (5 for the hospital and a full 5 for staff). Today I had some emergency at home and I suffered very bad burns on my legs. First it was the lady at Casualty Reception Mrs TY Madonsela, (according to her name card), she gave me superb service and gave me a new/true perspective of the government hospital service.
Then it was Mr Sibiya, not sure of his role, but he is exceptional. He treated me like a king or VIP. Then it was my Doctors, Dr Maharaj, Dr Yonela Masitha, and Dr Rene’ Kruger. These doctors made me feel at home. They made me feel a very important South African citizen.
These are true representative of Civil Servants. For my whole procedure, even though it was painful, I did not feel at any time that I was being done a favour. Dr Masitha was with me all the time and dedicated herself in ensuring that my burns are addressed professionally and effectively. I wish I could attach a pic here to show the seriousness of my burns.
I am forever thankful to all the above Ngwelezane Hospital staff. May our Almighty Father God keep, guard, guide and bless you and your families. Ngwelezane management team, keep up the good work you are doing in instilling the culture of Ubuntu in your staff, from the clerical to the medical teams. Thank you very much.
