Dada Hafco has revealed that it is a very big insult for the highlife legend, Amakye Dede to crown Kuami Eugene as the Highlife King of Ghana during last year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
After Amakye Dede inducted the ‘Angela’ hitmaker as ‘Highlife King’, many Ghanaians have been unsettled about that title as to who crowned Amakye Dede for him to also crown someone else?

Reacting to what happened at the VGMAs night last year, Dad Hafco on Ahotor FM disclosed that the Crowned Highlife King is good but not yet time.
He told the host, “Kuami Eugene is a fine talent but crowing him as the highlife king is an insult to the oldies in the game, how long has he been doing highlife to be crowned king of highlife, he is good but it is not time yet”.
