Dancehall act Shatta Wale has warned actress Jackie Appiah not to come begging when she is broke.
Recently during an interview on 3fm, Jackie Appiah made it clear that she doesn’t mind being a COVID-19 ambassador for free after the information announced the need of celebrities to be appointed for that role but won’t be paid.

Shatta Wale when posed with the same question some days earlier, said he wasn’t going to do that for free and if the government needed his services they should follow tradition by paying him.
Responding to Jackie Appiah’s claim, Shatta Wale said Jackie shouldn’t come and be crying in future when she is broke and can’t carter for her health care.
He further went ahead to say, him asking the president to follow tradition means he only loves money but wanted the president to know those in the entertainment industry are also business people.

He also said, some of his colleagues and predecessors who didn’t recognise their craft as a business end up begging in their old age or when they fall seriously sick because they didn’t save enough.
