National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary aspirant, John Dumelo has taken to social media to lament after his agent at voter registration centres were assaulted.
The actor turned politician stated that it is the second time his agents stationed on the Legon campus and questioned why some political figures use violence all the time.
“This is the second time these hooded men have assaulted my agents on the Legon campus in the last week. Are you not tired of using violence all the time?” Dumelo tweeted.
Dumelo is seeking to go to parliament on the ticket of Ayawaso West Wuogon. However, to achieve that he must defeat incumbent MP, Lydia Seyram Alhassan of ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in December polls.
