It appears the birthday celebrant was surprised by her sister who secretly brought the Ghanaian actor to their residence.
The lady was seen fidgeting with her phone whilst talking to someone we believed was her sister who wasn’t captured by the camera.
John suddenly appeared and touched her from behind after which the startled fan dropped her phone and just ran off—she simply couldn’t believe her eyes.
