Joselyn Dumas is a Ghanaian actress and television host who was born on August 31, 1980. Joselyn during her childhood days grew up in Accra, Ghana. She is of the Ga tribe.
Education
She had her basic education at Morning Star School. She later proceeded to Archbishop Porter Girls High School and later became the school’s entertainment prefect. She got her first degree in Administrative Law in the United States.
Career
Joselyn Dumas moved to Ghana to follow her dream of becoming a TV celebrity. She debuted on TV as the host of the entertainment show “Charter House” and was interviewed by many celebrities.
Joselyn Dumas later joined Viasat 1 to host ”The One Show” which aired for four years from 2001 to 2004.
Her acting career took her to the top after her performance in the movie Perfect Picture which gave her other numerous roles. The movie ‘Adams Apple” was her big break after her role in the movie got her nominated for Best Actress in A lead role during the 2011 Ghana Movie Awards. She has also featured in movies like Something Like That, A Sting in a Tale, Perfect Picture, A Northern Affair, and Lekki Wives.
Not only is Joselyn Dumas seen presenting and also acting but she is also the founder and CEO of Virgo Sun Company Limited. In 2008, She co-produced Miss Malaika Ghana.
