Argentina and Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi has been adjudged the winner of the UEFA Balon d’Or.
This becomes the 6th time the Argentine is winning the crown.

Before the ceremony which was held in Paris, France, Lionel Messi was set to pick up a record sixth Ballon d’Or title, according to an image leaked online.
Truly to the leaked photo, he has won it. Messi edged past Liverpool’s Virgil Van Dijk, Mohammed Salah and his greatest nemesis, Cristiano Ronaldo.
