JUST IN: Round Of 16 UCL Draw Declared Void, New Draw To Be Held

The latest development from Europe’s football governing body, UEFA has it that the recently held UEFA Champions League draw is void.

This was made known by the federation on its official social media handles and according to the body, there was an error with one of the software that was used.

The statement reads;

“Following a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.

As a result of this, the draw has been declared void and will be entirely redone at 15:00 CET.”
