The Member of Parliament for Assin Central Hon Kennedy Agyapong has pleaded not guilty to the charge of contempt of the High Court today.
Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni the presiding judge, took the lawmaker’s plea after several failed attempts by lawyers to stay the prosecution.

Mr. Kennedy Agyapong is in court for allegedly making a statement deemed contemptuous .
The case has been adjourned to Monday, September 28, 2020.
