On Friday, July 22, 2022, the multifaceted entertainer, recording and performing artiste served his listeners and the entire music community with his hugely anticipated star-studded studio album captioned; “5 Star”.
According to the Legacy Life Entertainment prodigy, ‘5 Star’ represents development in both personality and sound from his previous album. The new album features Bisa Kdei, WSTRN, Patoranking, Frenna, Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa, Headie One and Omah Lay.

King Promise’s album in less than 24 hours of its release has kicked out Burna Boy’s ‘Love, Damini’ album to occupy the number one spot on Apple Music Top 100 Album Chart in Ghana. Burna Boy’s album ‘Love’ Damini’ released on Thursday, July 7, 2022 (Apple Music) currently occupy the 2nd position on the chart. Screenshot below.
‘5 Star’ album houses 2 already released songs, ‘Ginger’ and ‘Chop Life’ featuring Patoranking. The award winning singer earlier stated that, the creation process of ‘5 Star’ was influenced by the various people and cultures around him in recent times.
The latest studio album is King Promise’s second studio album after blessing the airwaves with ‘As Promised’ in 2020. ‘As Promised’ album houses hit songs like ‘Commando’, ‘Hangover’, ‘My Lady’, just to mention a few.
