In Ghana, if a musician wants to enjoy his or her music career to the fullest, he or she shouldn’t dare try to ‘beef’ with Shatta Wale. Because he or she wouldn’t like the consequences.
In a recent interview, popular Highlife musician, Kumi Guitar had this to say about the Shatta Movement boss, Shatta Wale:
“Shatta Wale and I are not equal brands. He has the following. Also, his management probably had different bargaining powers. Nevertheless, it doesn’t mean we are not treated fairly”, Kumi Guitar said.
Kumi Guitar was responding to questions about the treatment of Zylofon Media artistes by management.
