The policeman who assaulted a nursing mother whose only ‘offense’ was insisting that she would withdraw her money after banking hours, has been apprehended.
His name is Frederick Amanor Skalla and he is currently at the Police Headquarters awaiting possible prosecution for indecent assault.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, Skalla, was seen virtually punching and slapping a nursing mother in a banking hall.
The shocking aspect of the video is that the law enforcer had a gun strapped to his shoulders whilst the woman was carrying a baby and beating them indiscriminately.
Apparently the unnamed woman had gone to the bank (Midland Savings and Loans, Shiashi branch) to withdraw an amount of ₵ 250.00 but had her request turned down for coming after working period.
The defiant woman refused to leave until she gets her money and that was when this Kung fu officer came in to physically manhandle the woman.
All this while one of the tellers was filming the barbaric act from afar (not too far though).
It’s understandable the woman fought back and tried to defend herself from the officer but was that the best approach from this shameless cop?
