The Hip Hop Song of the year winner in the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Kwesi Arthur has revealed in an interview with Bola Ray on Starr Chat that he almost became a security man at Ashaiman.
According to the Woara hitmaker, he could not further his Education immediately after completing Tema Senior High School although he had gained admission at the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
He says after working lots of menial jobs, he got one to be a watchman.
“I’m glad I stuck to this (music) through all the trials and the stuff people were telling me. People offered me jobs to be a security guard and stuff, I almost went for the job. They even called me once to come for my uniform.”
