Laycon has described his fans who are famously referred to as Icons as the best fanbase in the world.
The winner of Season 5 of Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija), nicknamed Lockdown edition touched down in Ghana a couple of days ago where he was hosted on TV3’s popular program Showbiz 360 by Giovani Caleb.
The rapper explained that his intention while going into the house was just to promote his music.
Recently, the reality star reacted to news that his debut album, ‘Shall We Begin,’ has achieved a milestone beyond his wildest dream.
We published earlier that Laycon beat superstars such as DJ Khaled to emerge the artiste with the most-streamed new album on Audiomack with his debut album ‘Shall We Begin.’
Laycon’s ‘Shall We Begin’ album was released barely a week ago but has become the most streamed album for the week on Audiomack worldwide.
The 12-tracklist album boasts of features with artistes like Joeboy and Teni and it is the first album Laycon is releasing since he emerged winner of Big Brother Naija 2020.
Laycon surpassed the likes of Blaqbonez’ Sex Over Love and DJ Khaled’s ”Khaled Khaled”, to secure the number 1 spot.
A happy Layocon took to Twitter to express his happiness about the exciting development.
