Shatta Wale has asserted in a new social media post about the need to equip emerging artistes with the requisites they need to succeed rather than awards.
According to the controversial Dancehall artiste, the up and coming artistes need guidance and counselling on how to turn their talent into money rather than ‘useless’ plaques
He made this known in a tweet:
LETS NOT PUSH OUR NEW ARTISTE SO MUCH TOWARDS AWARD SCHEMES.
BECAUSE AFTER THAT THE BURDEN FOR THEM TO CREATE BECOMES TOO MUCH AND SO I SUGGEST WE RATHER BUILD THEM FINANCIALLY AND GIVE DEM A GLOBAL BRAND.
