Well known Nigerian politician Bola Ahmed Adekunnle Tinubu is a national leader of the All Progressives Congress and was the Governor in Lagos State from 1999 to 2007 before he was succeeded by Fashola.
Bola Tinubu was born March 29, 1952, in Osun State, Nigeria. He attended St. John’s Primary School, Aroloya, Lagos, and Children’s Home School in Ibadan and completed his education in the States.

Apart from being a former governor of Lagos State, he also holds chieftaincy title as the Jagaban of the Borgu Kingdom in Niger State and Asiwaju of Lagos. Bola Tinubu is married to his wife Oluremi Tinubu, the current Senator of the Lagos Central Senatorial District.
The other son of Tinubu, Jide had a heart attack and died on 31 October 2017. His only son left is Seyi Tinubu was born on the 13th of October, 1985. He is currently a lawyer as he was recently called to the bar. He is currently married to his beautiful wife Layal Jade Tinubu.
