Some Ghanaian top politicians had the chance to study in a well established Senior High Schools in the country others too couldn’t have same.

At times, when you meet some of your colleagues who got the chance to learn in some renowned schools in Ghana, they always hold the bragging right base on their Alumnus whilst you will be sitting down quietly without uttering a word because you had the chance in an unknown Senior High School.

The competition among schools in Ghana exists on a lower level; on the senior high level.

Students who attend some Senior High Schools (SHS) are quick to tell you which other famous person was in their school. This is supposed to give some glow to the school.

#1 Nana Akofu-Addo

Current Ghana leader Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo did not attend high school in Ghana. A son of a former president, Akufo-Addo was at Lancing School. Lancing is a private school in England and it is considered a preserve of the wealthy.
