A 40-year-old identified as Emeka Okwuosa has been arrested for allegedly defiling a 2-year-old girl.
According to reports, Emeka on May 31st allegedly had carnal knowledge of the minor after her father had gone out.
He was arraigned before the court on June 19th. The court ordered that he remains in the Federal Prison Ogwashi Uku pending advice from Directorate of public prosecution (DPP).
Popular Activist, Harrison Emefiena Gwamnishu, who shared the story online, stated that the victim’s father, one Mr. Johnson lived in the compound owned by Emeka. He had gone to work on the day the crime was committed, leaving the little girl with his 12-year old nephew.
Emeka allegedly sent the nephew on an errand, creating the opportunity for him to carry out his evil plan. The 12-year-old boy was first arrested and tortured by the police before investigations later showed that Emeka defiled the minor.
