English football giant, Manchester City has eliminated Spanish giants, Real Madrid from this year’s UEFA Champions League.

Europe’s elite football competition bounced after the COVID-19 break. The return leagues of the remaining round of 16 matches are being played this weekend.

Man City showed their superiority once again in the second leg of their tie with Real Madrid by beating them once again.

The scoreline was 2-1 in favour of the Citizens as the qualified on a 4-2 aggregate score line. Goals from Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus ensured the Citizens cruised to victory with ease.
