In the Gachuba area of Kenya’s Nyamira County, a 60-year-old identified as Nyakundi was reported to have met his untimely death after he was caught red-handed with another man’s wife.

The victim was said to have been found in a compromising position with the suspect’s wife who was just 25-years of age.
The suspect identified as Robert Omwoyo is said to have found his wife and the deceased in the house around 2:30 AM. In the midst of confrontation, Robert was said to have slashed Nyakundi to death.
The suspect’s wife also fled the scene to escape the wrath of her husband, leaving Nyakundi who happens to be a resident of of Bonyunyu, Riabagaka village to face the tragedy alone.
After committing the outrageous act, Robert immediately reported himself to the Kerok a Police Station. The body has been transferred to the morgue for autopsy.
“Officers from Gachuba and Keroka removed the body from the scene as they handed it over to Gucha morgue,” the police said.
In other news, a Nigerian man has taken to his social media to narrate how he was apprehended alongside his brother at the Ogun State Police Command after they went to report a case of domestic violence against their mother.
According to the man, he was detained alongside his brother after they went to the station to report the case to the officers. They then reported the case to the Ogun State welfare and his father was invited over but he refused to go.
He said that the police detained them and threatened to deal with them of they dare to utter any word. He also revealed that his brother was unable to go and write his exams the next morning because he was also detained.
He also revealed that his mother has been a victim of domestic violence for 32 years of marriage and he wouldn’t mind dying for his mother in his quest to seek justice for her. However, him and his brother were later released.
