A young man finally had the chance to ask his sweetheart to establish a long-term relationship with him as the marriage bells beckon but it came with a touch of drama.
The unnamed man went down on his knees in the presence of her grandma and the young lady did not even have a chance to think about it or give an answer as her grandmother interjected swiftly and answered YES on her behalf.
The man identified on Twitter with username MJ @Flastar23 shared photos from the adorable proposal.
He wrote; ”I proposed to my girlfriend last night and her grandma said yes first”
In the pictures MJ shared, the elderly woman looked even happier than the lady being proposed to.
